| I've already paddled the entire length of the Mississippi River, the Missouri River and the Yukon River and I've hiked from the U.S/Mexico border to Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail. | Kelly, my new bride, will be accompanying me on the first 200 miles of the journey. We plan to start several hundred miles north of Glacier National Park, the trail's actual northern end. I already have some problems, as my bicycle that I shipped north has not yet been released to me. It seems the border officials think I plan to sell my bike in Canada instead of riding into the United States. If I can resolve this issue, I'll get on with the ride. |
| 7.19.2010 - Phone message from Adam Kelly and I are staying at a hotel at the town of Lake Louise in Alberta, Canada. Tomorrow we camp. It's beautiful here! We'll probably make Banff on Wednesday and stay in a hotel because Thursday Kelly will fly out of Calgary. |
